Our Frame Only Solution is perfect for those with either DIY ability or a builder to complete the project for them.
Magic-Garden will supply and erect a complete steel frame structure ready for
you to complete to your own specifications
Any size, any shape, any height. Our buildings are totally bespoke.

Screw pile foundations will be supplied and fitted (foundations) if required.

We can supply and fit to clients own foundations, concrete slab.

An insulated steel frame floor cassette will be fitted if required.

The floor cassette will be timber boarded on top, if required.

Walls and roof frame erected.

Steel frame is pre punched and grommeted to accept all services, electrical cable etc.

All door and window apertures will be pre made to your specification.

Your structure is now ready for internal and external completion.

Advice on completion of your building is a phone call away.
Your building will be constructed as the image to the left. Sitting on screw piles, insulated in the floor and then boarded with ply to the floor if required. Otherwise just the frame will be erected.
This is the building having been insulated and floor boarded ready for you to complete to your requirements.
The door and window apertures have been created based on your design.
This image represents a 6 x 4m building. Any size can be made.
Recommendation.
It is more cost effective to stay within a 4m depth due to the roof construction. Length does not matter.
