Deliveries

All our products are lovingly handmade items. So, unless otherwise agreed, our lead time is estimated at:

• 4 to 6 weeks for Corten Steel & Patina Planters

• 8 weeks for Fibreglass planters

• 4 to 6 weeks for powdercoated steel planters

• 2 to 4 weeks for edging

• 4 to 6 weeks for Water Features and seating

• 4 to 6 weeks for corten fire table, 2 to 4 weeks for stainless steel fire tables

• 2 weeks for Accessories

Delays may occur during high season (Apr-Oct). During this time, lead time may be further extended.

Pre-Weathered planters may experience an additional delay should the process require repeating to ensure the planter arrives in a fully pre-weathered condition.

Approved Couriers

We use a network of approved couriers to deliver your order. Please ensure you give accurate contact details on checkout as our couriers will use these to contact you to coordinate delivery. If your order is large or contains large product then we will use a pallet courier.

Pallet couriers will have a tail lift to lower your delivery from the wagon to the ground. Pallet couriers are only responsible for delivering to the kerbside only.

If you’re not home to accept delivery on the arranged date, you will be charged a redelivery fee at £90 for each pallet and £40 per parcel to have your order redelivered. More information can be found in our standard terms and conditions, found here.

We offers free delivery across all our products to mainland UK. There are several postcodes where we are unable to offer completely free delivery at this time, these are:

    • Most of our products are intended to develop a rusty patina finish. We reserve the right to deliver the product in any stage of the patina process from raw steel to full patina. You can guarantee that your planter arrives in a full patina finish by selecting this as an option on the product page prior to adding to your basket. Note. You should unpack your products immediately on receipt. Products left packaged outside may develop an uneven or undesirable patina pattern.
